  Extremely bad service. Especially with the elderly customers. My parents were told to sit and wait and someone would be with them. They sat there and waited while customers walked in and were assisted before them. Thanks for nothing. They found a phone somewhere else.

  Very rude manager on phone, not wanting to help at all, told me to go to a local ATT store, and was going to write down my husbands SS# so she could look it up.
